Where do you ship from?

We are a small independently, minority owned online business based in the U.S., and we work very closely with top locally minority owned and global merchants from all over the world to source and curate unique products on the market at the best prices for you.

We communicate with trusted suppliers to put together a collection of lovely and trending products. This keeps you from driving around to retail shops and searching thousands of different websites for products.

Your order will be shipped anywhere in the USA from the USA.

Do you ship to my country?

Currently, we only ship within the US with free tracking for your order.

How long does the free shipping take?

It depends on where you live but on average 7 - 21 business days, except for Holidays & days of observance. This may delay when you will receive your order.

How can I track my order?

The tracking number will be sent to your email once the product(s) is shipped! It will take 48 to 72 hours since you place the order. Please make sure to enter a valid email and shipping address in order to receive your tracking number and product(s).

What if I receive the wrong/damaged product?

Email us at: our alternative business email, infozellaz1@gmail.com while we are transitioning over to our business email account for any inquiries, questions, comments or concerns. infozellaz1@gmail.com within 7 days and we will help you with re-shipment of your order. Keep in mind, due to various health concerns, we do not offer any returns or refunds, but we may offer alternative solutions.

Do you refuse service?

Zellaz and all affiliates of Zellaz reserves the rights to refuse service to anyone we feel has violated any of the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy or any other policies listed on this and affiliate websites.

Are any products FDA approved?

Please Note: Although, we do research and take necessary steps to help provide better quality products using better ingredients, the skincare, hair care products, alternative hair solutions (including, but not limited to wigs, hair extensions, eye lashes), grooming products, supplements or any other product(s) sold on this website by Zellaz and/or its' affiliates and their websites have not been FDA approved.
