Returns and Refund Policy

We currently do not have a refund, return or exchange policy. 

At this time, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges on any of the products being sold past, present or future on this website, (Zellaz) or on behalf of affiliates whatsoever. However, there may be alternative solutions depending on the products, but please keep in mind it is 100% up to the sole discretion of the owner and founder of Zellaz. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at our alternative business email @ infozellaz1@gmail.com while we are transitioning over to our business email account for any inquiries, questions, comments or concerns. Thank you so much for your understanding and we appreciate your business.

In order for us to come to an alternative solution, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the product(s) at infozellaz1@gmail.com with details and pictures of the damaged item(s).

Items Delay/Lost in Transit:
By ordering from us, you agree with our shipping times, terms and cost. Most orders get delivered within the posted time frames, usually within 7-21 business days; however, external factors such as customs inspections, weather, major traffic/construction delays, Holidays, etc can sometimes cause delays. If your order shipping times exceeds our displayed time frame by 60 business days, you can contact us and we will gladly investigate the cause of delay and if applicable, we will send out a replacement order, or offer an alternative solution.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Zellaz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Zellaz will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. We advise you to please have some form of video recording device(s) to monitor the address where your product(s) will be delivered for your records and/or to assist your local police department in their investigations for any thefts done to your deliveries.

Sale items (if applicable):
Unfortunately, due to various health concerns, none of the products, items, services, or gifts will be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges or Returns:
Unfortunately, due to various health conditions or unknown individuals' skin conditions, we do not accept exchanges or returns.

Cost of Shipping:
Unless we post a website special, you will be responsible for shipping cost which is displayed at checkout. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note: Although we do research and take necessary steps to help provide better quality products using better ingredients. The skincare, hair care products, alternative hair solutions, grooming products, supplements or any other product have not been FDA approved.
